Detour Gallery, in co-collaboration with Carter Fine Art is pleased to present, a Summer Group exhibition this July, featuring a collection of new works by a select group of extraordinary artists. While the different artists work varies in media, scale, and concept, the exhibition represents a compelling sampling of select works by each artist surrounding the theme, Fortitude.
Fortitude, will show at Detour's New York City location. Located at 545 W 23rd Street between 10th and 11th avenue. The exhibition will be open to the public July 27th through September 21st.
Ten artists will be featured in the show: Alonzo Adams, James Andrew Brown, Yunierki Felix, Garry Grant, Troy Jones, IBN Kendall, Tommy Mitchell, O'Neil Scott, Floyd Strickland, and Willie Torbert.
